What are some recipes or ideas for raw vegetable dips?

I'm attempting to eat healthier and I've been snacking often on raw veggies and ranch dip but I'm burnt out already on the ranch dip.

What are some recipes for veggie dips?

Tzatziki is a great dip for veggies and really easy to make

350g/12oz Greek yoghurt

1 cucumber

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 cloves of garlic, grated finely

dash of extra virgin olive oil

paprika, for sprinkling

Method

1. The best result is achieved by peeling and de-seeding the cucumber before grating. Hang the grated cucumber in muslin cloth or a tea towel in order to squeeze out all the excess liquid.

2. Combine the yoghurt, cucumber, lemon juice and garlic. Add a dash of olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.

Also this aubergine and garlic dip is gorgeous:

500g/1lb 2oz aubergines (continental if possible)

3 cloves garlic, crushed

陆 medium red onion, chopped

1 tbsp tahini sauce

50ml/2fl oz olive oil

陆 lemon, juiced

a pinch of cumin

salt and pepper, to taste

Method

1. Roast the aubergine in an oven at 180C/350F/Gas 4, or preferably char-grill to give a smoked flavour. Cook until completely soft in the middle (40-45 minutes in the oven).

2. Allow to cool slightly and peel.

3. Finely chop by hand and combine with all other ingredients. What are some recipes or ideas for raw vegetable dips?
