1.) Maybe strawberrys, grapes, apples, and bananas in some fruit dip..Im sure u can get light fruit dip as well..Thats if u wanna watch the calories.
2.) Steam some veggies, what ever ones u like.
3.) Celery and peanutbutter.
4.) Make a fruit salad out of ur fav. fruits.
5.) Dip ur fav. veggies in some regular or light ranch.
6.) Make a quick salad out of ur fav. veggies.
7.) Make some fruit smoothies, I'm sure u can find low calorie ones on the internet as well.

Asparagus Cream Soup
Ingredients A
1 bunch asparagus
500 ml stock
1 slice onion (minced)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
500 ml milk
Ingredients B
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
Preparation
Mix the butter and flour.
Action
a. Cook the asparagus 20 minutes.
b. Drain and reserve the tops.
c. Add stock, onion, and boil,
for 30 minutes.
d. Rub through sieve, and thicken,
with the flour mixture.
e. Add salt, pepper, milk and the tops.
Carrot Salad One
Ingredients
Red carrot
Flour
Basil (dried)
Vegetable frying oil
Salt and pepper (optional)
Action
a. Wash the carrot and whip dry.
b. Remove skin and Cut into very thin slices.
c. Sprinkle over flour and fry a minute,
in a pan of deep hot oil.
d. Drain it and place on a pretty dish.
e. Sprinkle over dried basil.
Turnip and Beets
Ingredients
250g turnips
200g green peas
250g beets
Lettuce
Mayonnaise
Action
a. Cook both vegetables separately,
till tender.
b. Dice and set on ice,
until ready to serve.
c. Place a spoonful of the mixed vegetables,
on a leaf of lettuce, border with green peas,
and put a spoonful of mayonnaise.
Strawberry Salad
Ingredients
Sweet thin skinned orange
Strawberries
nutmeg
Powder sugar
Action
a. Wash the orange thoroughly,
and cut into slices.
b. Strawberries must be hulled,
and wash and wiped dry.
c. On top of the orange slices,
pile the strawberries.
d. Dust with sugar and nutmeg.
