Any good Recipes for onion bhaji and vegetable pakora?

Anyone one got a way to make them taste like when you buy them? Also the missing ingredient in Korma that makes the restaurant bought stuff sweeter than when I make it at home from a paste? (I do remember the creamed coconut!)Any good Recipes for onion bhaji and vegetable pakora?
ONION BHAJJI.


1. 2 big onions,long slices


2. Besan,1/2 cup


3. 1/2 tsp of dried mango pwdr{easily available as Amchoor.}


salt 2 taste, red chilly pwdr, a pinch of haldi.


4. Ajwain,1/2 tsp


5. Coriander leaves.


6. Water


7. Oil for frying


Make a thick batter of besan with water %26amp; add all the abuv ingrediants. Mix it well. Heat oil in pan. Fry small balls of this batter. Fry till light brown. Serve it with mint chutney or ketchup.





For vegetable pakoda along with the above mentioned ingrediants use veg.s like cauliflower,potato..............





For korma, soak few cashew nuts untill soft %26amp; grind them into a paste. This will thicken the gravy %26amp; will give a sweet taste.
