What are some good RAW vegetable recipes/smoothies?

I am going to start eating a lot of raw veggies to loose wieght and for my general health and to detoxify my body. If you know of any good tasting recipes please share them! Also if someone knows which vegetebles produce the most alkali metals, can you let me know?What are some good RAW vegetable recipes/smoothies?
I'm doubling up lecture, cucumber, tomatoes in daily meal, and green veggies.What are some good RAW vegetable recipes/smoothies?
I love apple cider vinegar cole slaw! Buy apple cider vinegar, which is cheap and low calorie. Then, i used chopped purple cabbage and some green cabbage, making it very pretty, you can also use a little grated carrot. Mix it with a little salt, and leave it out for ten minutes, allowing the flavors to set in and giving you enough time to perhaps work on something else. Its really yummy, you really should try it!
Celery.





Remember, the greener the veggies are, the better they are.





I wouldn't eat a veggie smoothie, tho. =X Try fruit smoothies! They're much better tasting and healthy!!
1 celery stick , 2 oranges , 3 carrots , couple pieces of beetroot , clove of garlic , couple slices of ginger , and a few pieces of lemon grass thou a juicer - so yummy
Any dark greens are extremely nutritious for you, especially when they are raw. Something I would recommend is making juices and smoothies and just throw a bunch of collard greens, carrots, whatever you want into it, tomatoes, cucumbers, whatever you think will taste good. Season it with hot sauce or salt and pepper. You can do the same thing with fruit, too! Try soy milk, ice, frozen strawberries, bananas, raspberries, blackberries..mmmm!

Make any kind of fruit smoothie you like, then add a few handfuls of spinach (I usually use a whole 10 oz bag.) The fruit overrides the greens taste, so you get your greens without having to ';suffer'; through a meal you don't really like.
Try juicing (or use blender) the following. It will help detox your system and is a good snack since it tastes refreshing.
