What is a good vegetable smoothie recipe to satisfy my daily vegetable intake?

I just bought a powerful new VitaMix blender and am always on the go. I don't have time to always cook my vegetables. I am wanting to find a great recipe that will provide me with everything I need to in one drink. Does anybody have a great recipe that would be of use to me? Please don't recommend V8 because it is expensive and also they boil a lot of the nutrients out of it as well. Thanks for your help. What is a good vegetable smoothie recipe to satisfy my daily vegetable intake?

I suggest buying a juicer. Three fresh, orangic, vegtable juice drinks per day should be enough for your daily intake. Use a variety of vegetables.
