You seem to have some vegetables there that would be wonderful for a veggie smoothie. Try this simple recipe:
* 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
* 3 tablespoons lemon juice
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1 cup carrot, peeled and chopped
* 1/2 cup celery, chopped
* 1 tablespoon sugar
Just combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Have fun!
